- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My Dad was and still very upset with this Agent. One day we received a call from State Farm bank telling us that we have a payment past due for a vehicle that we did not purchase. The story is that this Agent office generated the auto loan using my father's and personal information. The lack of checks and reviews this office has in order for something like this happen is beyond unacceptable. My dad has been working with this office to get the information corrected and most of all to protect his identify; however, two weeks has passed and nothing was done, nothing was moving forward. We are considering this to be fraudulent and has started the process of reporting this office to State Farm corporate.April 04, 2017by SEAN N
